The uploader never claimed they had created these mods, and outright states that they are simply compiling them for easier access. If someone didn't want their work distributed for free online, why allow anyone with access to a computer the ability to download it in the first place?

Last I checked no one was making any profits off of any of this. Your work was duly cited. It would have been courteous to ask, but calling it theft and having it removed is going too far I think. Now no one can enjoy what was once a great mod, and one of the only ones for this game. Thanks for that.
