I can't use Nvidia Shadowplay with the last version of the mod (not even with the option to include desktop) but in previous version of Anomaly everything was perfect. Is there any way to solve this?

Right now, yes. But I will update the file to add some gameplay changes.
All in an optional file to use only what you want to use.
