I'm stuck in this room... I just keeping dying spontaniously with a *SPLUTCH*, whatever I do. Is that a bug? If not, then what the heck is killing me?

I'm stuck! No not in #29 (was a toughy though). I've just gone through the first cave and am at the waste/box crusher... and I see absolutely no way out, unless I had a cube??? Is there a cube?
