A GLA player that researches or collects advanced [Tier 2] ECA salvage is granted access to the Concrete Reinforcements upgrade. This upgrade affects all GLA defences and refurbishes them with salvaged ECA materials. Fortified defenses have greatly increased durability and their occupants cannot be killed, but they don't leave behind a hole when destroyed - they are permanently destroyed. If the defenses were upgraded with Camo Netting or Fortifications, Concrete Fortifications upgrade will cancel them and refund the upgrade cost.
The Concrete Tunnel is an upgrade for the Tunnel Network. It reinforces the tunnel exit with concrete support structures, massively increasing its resistance. Pilfered engineer equipment allows the tunnel to repair itself after a while, thereby keeping it in action if the battles wind down.
So the GLA structures now will get grant for the upgrade same as vehicles? POG
