The Galaxylifter works in tandem with the deployment zone. It delivers the units that you purchase from the deployment zone. That's its only purpose.
Think of ECA's airship, The galaxylifter is its U.S equivalent.

The Galaxylifter, Deployment Zone and Coyote will appear in a submod for Rise of the Reds which will be released publically when it's done.
As for Talos walker, it will be added to hanpatch as an easter egg.

Read the description:
"In addition, the tank comes equipped with the new "Ball Lightning" EMP shell designed to damage and also disable hardware targets, making it a significant threat to the highly digitised and automated armies of the US and their regional allies."
It says nothing about energy weapon or projectile. It still fires shells that cause an EMP effect. The damage is done by the kinetic aspect of it.

This is how the wings look during take-off and flight. The wings tuck in when it's in the hangar.

Forged by a gruelling, uncompromising training process, the Rangers of the mid-21st century were one of the first units to receive light-weight powered exo-skeletons. In addition to advanced ballistic protection, these "exos" also feature an integrated networking systems for two types of small drones, one carrying the new MADAT (Micro Air Defence & Anti-Tank) missile, the other equipped with sensors for increased line of sight and hazard detection. The Rangers' standard weapon is the 6.8mm SCAR 2 modular assault rifle, fitted with advanced optics and an underbarrel launcher for smart airburst grenades against entrenched enemies. In addition, every Ranger carries a set of Flashbang grenades for non-lethal takedowns.

The Puma's veteran variant (the green version) already exists in Hanpatch. The blue version is intended to be used for a ROTR addon.

Yes it is, though mostly fictional. Only the turret is based on the T-14 Armata.
