Can necromancers no long use spell books? cus i have one and with spells but theres no action to use in the camps use action

Well i played for about 10 or so hours and I have come across a couple issues that are just nit picks for me but I hope it helps the dev. Firstly, When I upgrade and maintain my army they lose all shields, they do dont spawn with them to be exact, so i have a roman army with no shields and I feel badly disadvantaged against ranged. Secondly, that starting legionaire armor takes 15 str? while the preatorian and better roman stuff takes only 7? there seems to be random points in when im fighting that my character cancels his swings (not stamia low I had plenty). just some stuff I noticed.

Dont know why people are complaining about lack of map, you have all of iberia all of britain most of africa and some of sub asia in there even some slavic and romania. People hes just one person and he already has done so much good work cut him slack when it comes to the map, he will hopefully get central asia and the steppes done when he gets it done. Great mod keep up the work 1.0 is a blast and I know it will get better from here on out.
