the guitar i am using is the 360 xploder guitar and when you plug it in windows treats it like a joystick. I have not tested it with other guitars yet, I will also set it up so you can use the keyboard for people who do not have a guitar.

I will be writing a couple of tuts up so keep an eye out for them.

I used a logic_playerproxy (it reads your health and out puts it to other entites)being set off by a logic timer every 0.5 secs with the output RequestPlayerHealth, this output gives the logic_playerproxey's value to a group of logic_cases which in turn outputted on to a load of func_brushes disabling them as your health goes down.
