Hey,
Thanks for creating the Napoleonic Total War 3 mod, but I am having an issue with Version 4. I am playing as Sweden and I've recently conquered Frisa and Hannover. But I cant seem to reciut any units. Is this applied in the mod or is it a normal issue.
