I press F7 but nothing happens. I tried deleting my TdGame folder completely but still not functional. Any help? I used method 1.

Even tho it's still in development, i highly doubt JBMod will somewhat be popular. Gmod is big nowadays, but i'd still give a try on jbmod 3.0 .
