Actually I wasn't inspired by home alone, I really don't remember what inspired me originally a couple years ago... but something did. Now I just love the idea.

Hmm, I'll think about that. Mostly the reason to have to buy it was to make it so players don't have excess money but I guess the starting money could just be lowered to take care of that.

Funny you mention that since that was planned to be a later item in the game.

- Ice Maker (has 5 uses, sprays ice on ground causing thieves to slip)

Thieves:
- Lockpick kit
- Crowbar
- Trampoline
- Wire cutters

- Silenced pistol
- Knife
- Cloroform

- Nightvision
- Flashbangs
- Noisemakers

Those are the current planned items available on the first release. The noisemakers will work a bit like the rocks you suggested except will make the sound of footsteps thus more effective.

Yeah I've got actually about half of the basics coded. Just need a mapper and modeler.

Not many updates, we need coders and maybe modelers/animators. I'm pretty inactive currently but the rest of the team is still working on it. The new website can be found at www.robberysource.com.. There are new screenshots to show how much has been done since what's posted here.
