48 to 95 would be a good compromise. I still prefer the 40/60 otherwise the pulse rifle is the best all round weapon (like the plasma cutter in Dead Space) and the others can be ignored without consequence.

Having the 95/99 version makes the extended mag option pointless. You get a slower reload time for a measly 5 extra bullets.
Having the 45-95 option makes the extended mag upgrade meaningful.

ABE: now I'm not so sure. The default is off and if you reset the res it turns the master effects off.

Hi Temp, it equals 600 in my ini file but they decay in about 5 seconds. Any ideas? The two files you mention above are both read only. BTW I'm Larnievc from Steam Forums.
