Economic protocols problem:
Allied: Working only on already built power plants
Soviet: When your units are destroyed you earning cash not enemy

Please fix the camera position because the black bar at the top often appears.
I like your modification. I like the steady cash income and new units. I have one request, disable offensive protocols or change the renewal time to a very long one because the computer uses it like crazy and it does not allow me to grow slowly as in Red alert 2 only forces you to play aggressively. I wanted to do it myself using the source code you uploaded but unfortunately the mod doesn't want to be done using Mod sdk v3. I would be very grateful for this small change.
