Ok, well, I have some updating to do. Yes, I am sure this is rebellion. I didn't realize this was so out of date. I will get back to you if the issue persists in a current version.

Just wondering why my game crashed every time I run your mod... I am using V1.01.4176, I have 32Gb of ram and a RTX 2070 graphics card. I'm new to mods with this game, any idea as to the issue?
