Hm I downloaded the game, unzipped it, and tried to launch it, and it only showed the loading screen then made error noise and not launching, any idea on how to solve this issue? anyone?

Hey, I just started this mod few days a go, so far it is awesome, but as soon as I arrive to 100 rads bar, I don't see any duty near by, does this removes factions from the game or is this a some sort of bugs?
