I would recommend shortening its range or making stealth/cloak counter it, as that makes sense. As is I was able to swarm over him with units hitting anything he had, all of his stealthed units and bases were now revealed to me, and I hunted him down and was able to destroy any attempts at recovery because i knew the SECOND they tried to do almost literally anything. The energy drain is fairly large, but manageable if you are in the position to be building one in the first place, as if you can get this massive hunk of easy target defended, you can get the T3 Pgens up to counter it. The real problem is in how well it synergizes with the Mavor and Ivan, both of those go from unholy tools of destruction to legitimately unstoppable, as you cannot hide from it anymore. TLDR, range is too XBAWKSHUEG, and the power drain is large, but can be managed if you already have the T3 Eco to be churning out Exparamentals.

The Panopticon needs a bit of a nerf. It is cheaper than a goodly chunk of other experimentals, and it completely wrecks anything resembling game balance unless the foe is cybran, as no other faction has any way to begin to counter this thing. It seems to have infinite range, as we have yet to find a point on an 81k map that it cannot reach, and it is far too cheap for the game wrecking potential it has.
