Why does it have to use version 1.01? Why can't it run on just vanilla SA, as some mods will only work on that version.
So with no help from anyone here I continue to go it alone, trying to get this damned mod to work. Never give up, never surrender.
So tried both putting everything into one very large gta3img and still hangs and crashes when it gets to the "loading collisons" I'm truly at a loss here and would appreciate any help.
So I think I know the issue, and a possible solution. Looks like Vice Cry splits up the gta3 image into multiple files, and the bttf mod doesn't account for that. Solution, figure out which files should go into which img file, and install the mod manually over vice cry, one file at a time. Estimated time of completion, sometime after Voyager makes it back to the alpha quadrant.
the error that I get is "Unhandled exception: C0000005 at address 006616b7"
could it be that vice cry creates its own .img file for the .col files?
I can install either mod individually and they both work fine but together causes the game to crash when "Loading collisions"
Any way of getting this to work with the BTTF Hill Valley mod?
What's the 11th Doctor doing there? Just joking of course, been following the mod for years and will continue to do so. Will patiently await the day I can dust off my Mafia disc. Live long and prosper
Ok I am still having the inbound crash issue, using the .rar version of the mod, don't know what I'm doing wrong. Been browsing the comments but haven't really found a solution.
Awesome, now we all you need is a clocktower and a lightning strike and we can get Back to the Future.
Same here, crashes after the first scene of inbound.
Im starting to get the feeling I'm the only one having this problem :(
I seem to be having an error with a lot of the sounds, keeps saying "is causing runtime sample conversion"
