A silly MMO I used to play years ago, stopped playing indefinatley around last year because it's just full of drama and overemotional furries. But here is some of the modelling and texturing I did in my time there. mostly vehicles but theres also a weapon or two
I know nothing about Second Life (I despise MMO games) but I wanted to know if those vehicles are drivable & do they actually open fire?.
Yes, they drive and fire. the game engine is limited though, it's a complicated system. you would attach the vehicle parts to your avatar *player charachter* and then sit on an invisible physical base. The "Legion" Tank was the first vehicle in SL that had a working armor system. so It would take 100-200 shots to kill someone, not just one.
Granted for fairness. Vehicles could take damage from small arms. Since when they first started only a few military groups had them.
