It's the voice from the old builds of the game. Before it was duubed by a voice actor. People are overexagurating with down voting this, though changing the texture of the cloak is unnecessary.

Are there no ladders? I remember climbing on top of both bunkers.

What minimum distance and maximum distance do you use for voice sound files?
I can never get it right with my mods. It always sounds either too quiet or as if they are too close.

Is it possible to have multiple visuals for Warfare traders? I don't like that all traders of the same profession and faction look the same.

I recently learned how to use AXRToolset so yes. Just assigning a different texture can give a few cool results.
However I was talking about a nude mod.
It would definately require a change of shape to look good. I already made a model in Blender. Still need to figure out how to export it.

Damn. Seems like someone will beat me to it. I need to learn making models faster.

I did not change textures of Barkeep or the model of Sakharov. Just Install HD models and place my mod on top of it to overwrite Barkeep model.

Try if this works. I updated it.
I don't play with HD models.
This HD Barman looks like my neighbor. I honestly like him more.

I hope it's useful. It is very simple and easy to make mod. I could not find it anywhere so I guess it's unique.

If I just remove characters from character_desc_general_army_dux.xml will it cause any issues?
I don't like Military walking around in Sunrise suits and Mercenary uniforms.
