TAKEN BEFORE HD cameras were so prolific and affordable. (unfortunately)

Still, without HD/high mega pixels, its a very good picture of Peppa - her beautiful nature captured in a single photo.

A Perfect example of those "awww, please?" eyes, that staffy owners know all too well.

She was a lovely dog. And yes, 2 n half years is too young.... but after we rescued her - for those last 1.5 years she was a VERY happy, playful, loving, and (extremely) clever pup.... who loved every second of her new life.

And i really do miss her.

Funny,isnt it?
That (as all dog owners know) dogs do not "chip away" at the love like humans do?
After all the vile abuse and neglect that Peppa endured for her 1st year of life - yet she STILL loved the contact, interaction and company of humans.

We all are familiar with the phrase "Dumb Animals"
But being witness to such experiences leave me asking...
"Just which species actually IS IT who are the 'dumb' animals?"

P.S.
As a side-note, I received some news about the "man" (& I use this description in its loosest terms) who had Peppa first - and who abused, neglected, and caused unimaginable suffering to Peppa until we (my friend, his son, and myself) forcibly removed her from his custody - And that news was that he had been found dead, at the age of 37, from complications resulting from overdose of alcohol and chloradiazepoxide (- which ironically is a drug prescribed to alleviate withdrawal symptoms FROM alcohol addiction)

I am no "judge". I am no example of the "perfect human". Im in no position to pass worth regarding this news. I garner no pleasure from this news.
I just thought it to be noteworthy - considering the suffering he perpetrated on Peppa.
