Hello there and welcome to my profile, I work with technology in ICT. So is there anything I can help you with today? As some of you already know, I have gone to 4 different banks asking for a loan, so I have the opportunity to buy myself an apartment I can get now below the main price.

I asked: DNB / They didn't even want to know what I was looking for. They were more concerned that I had to have a 100% permanent job before I could get a loan from them.
I asked: Sparebank 1 / They said yes to only 50% of what I need, but not a dime more. Where in the world am I supposed to get the other 50% I need? I don't have a rich family I can ask...
I asked: Nordea Bank / If I were to get a loan from them, I need first a total of 15% of the money myself "Example: ask for 100,000, you need 15,000" so yeah, that's not going to work...
And the last Bank I asked was: HusBank / Now they have said yes so far, but they are still looking at it. They are scared of all the extra costs that the apartment needs later and wonder how I can manage to pay it.
I'm still waiting for answers from them, so I can only wait. Only Time will tell, but I believe they will also say no in the end for some reason.
Move to Sweden! Way easier to get a loan here plus you can live closer to me hehehe ;)
Hahaha that's quite tempting, I will consider it if this last bank is going to say no as well.
