Leave him alone, he was kind enough to consider releasing an Alpha for what he *has* completed. Things happen, it's either out or it's not. It's nothing we can control. No reason to harass him, you're getting nothing out of it, except possibly discouraging him from further alpha/beta releases.

For anyone wanting the tacitus archive on a certain map, download the world editor and you can just select a map to open there and edit the map.. You can place a tacitus archive where ever you want.
