Fantastic mod! Just needs the finishing touches and this will be the best rebalance mod for CoP.

Every STALKER fan needs to try this mod at some point - It is truely fantastic. However, it is also utterly ruthless and impossibly difficult at times, and therefore I cannot give it a perfect score.
As well as this, I often raise my brow at odd design decisions in this mod. For example, aiming down your iron sights actually zooms out instead of zooming in. This doesn't sit right in my mind, at all. You're better off shooting from the hip because of this.
The optimization of the mod is also quite admirable - I get more fps playing Misery on "high settings" than I get on the vanilla game on "medium settings".
For it's flaws, which are few and far between, I would highly recommend this mod.
