I have a issue, I have installed everything correctly but when I open the launcher and press the 'play' button on it, it does start the game but does not actually activate the mod and it only plays the normal game, no mod, nothing changed.

Please help

Great As Mod, part of my default game now, I really do see this mod's potential and I hope you do add more factions! its great already! keep updating!
