I have Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge 1.001. As you know it's an older game so after a while it gets boring with the "same old same'. So I downloaded a mod for it. Except this mod had no cameo's for nearly 50% of his units & buildings and 50% percent of those were cloaked. Made it pretty difficult to figure out what the heck I was doing. An error report would appear after a while of gameplay. So got rid of it and I downloaded the "Blitzkrieg Mod." This one I really liked. Mad props to the creator. But again an error report... So this time I completely unistalled everything and reinstalled Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge. I played it normally, everything worked fine, no error reports. So this time I downloaded the "Revolution Mod 1.15" with it's updated patch. This one I like the best. But again the error report started popping. I don't want to get rid of this one so I'm seeking help.
The game starts up fine. The mod works fine. Gameplay is smooth except for the "Moon Patrol" map because the entire map is covered in Chrononauts. But other than that everything seems fine. After no set amount of time it randomly freezes and an error report pops up. But it's not a regular "Error Report," no error code or anything, it just says.... "Yuri's Revenge has encountered an internal error and is unable to continue normally. Please visit our website for the latest updates and technical support."
So I'm guessing the mod and the game are clashing somehow and I was hoping and wondering if there's some sort of patch or update I could download to fix the freezing. Or some sort of compatibility modification I can in the properties of the games. Looking foward to any suggestions.
