This map was created for the Alpha Project mod and not for regular Battlefield 2, please remove this!
Didn't expect this from you, thought your up for a WW2 game the last time we talked? Well, i can only talk for myself and i am looking forward for a WW2 setting, it almost seems to me as if bf1 was a test to see if people would still buy a historical Battlefield game, especialy the operarions mode screams WW2, the possibilities for it are endless also... But the reason no1 for me is the already overused and saturated modern setting im tired of atm, the last WW2 Battlefield game on pc was BF1942 and that was back in 2002! Its about time that DICE goes back to its roots and give the old fans of the franchise a true successor on the incredible frostbite engine, im sure i wont be disapoointed with this game , but opinions are different ;)
Yes, but i also like the french maps, they put alot quality into those dlcs, cant wait to get my hands on the mosin nagant :P
Hehe glad i could help man, actualy preimum was only 30 bucks a week ago maybe its still on discount, worth it every penny if you ask me if you dont have to pay the full price ^^
Hmm this sounds familia, i guess your using photoshop and the nvidia tools to export a texture to dds? Well i remember experiancing quality loss some time, try to do a clean install of both, ps and the tools or even try another set of the tools maybe this helps, sadly i cant gurantee it will help...
yes mine too ^^
Hah not bad, when i remember corectly, back in the times where we still got our mods and maps from battlefieldfiles.com (fileplanet) i had a map, eighter it was for bf1942, dc or bf2 which reached a way higher downloadcount then anything i ever put on moddb or elsewhere, however that was back in the time when battlefield was still something special and new...
Guys please stop asking me question about Alpha Project, the mod is dead and there is no onlinesupport anymore, also no modlauncher, you can only play it offline launching it with the bf2_rfx.exe, thank you!
Saving private ryan like :3 just in ww1
music was used from the original bf2 launch trailer/intro video and not riped from the mentioned game
Go sure if you have bf2 patched to 1.5 and everything installed in the right place, ap0.31 needs files stored in the main battlefield 2 folder in order to successfully activate the new shaders, however they are not tested on various pcs so it could be some videocards or drivers can cause troubles...
Not sure but i think this information is aged and dont belong anymore for the 0.31 built of alpha project, just for information!
not that i know of, however these addon packs were not made for the last version of ap, you need to modify them to make them work, there are instructions on how to make other bf2 maps compatible with ap in our tutorial section!
i cant give any informations about online or network play as the development of the mod was canceled and i dont know if this still works, however offline the mod works with bots, with occasional crashes thought.
like any other bf2 mod, be sure to check the readme or installation instructions within the downloaded archiv!
thanks alot for the head ups!
no, only needs old bf2 patched to 1.5
Wrong version of bf2, you need to patch your bf2 to 1.5, no other version of the game works with the last version of alpha project
lol... battlefield games were never realistic, none of them, its more of a semiralism realistic vissuals with arcade gameplay, this wont change, for realism there are enough other games...
Yeah, its unbelievable, the first two rounds i was basicly only roaming around taking pics and stuff, the vissuals are so breathtaking!
Hello, hard to get into a chat with you latley :(
sorry i am not part of the bfsp team... why not send a message to the admins of the boards?
Hehe ye, love micro t1 aimpoints :)

Just for the record, the mod is canceled, so there wont be any future updates or releases, be sure to check out our last news post regarding this: Moddb.com
