Yes, you can add/replace .ogg files in the sound folder of the radios. There is also a way to load playlists seperate from the radio stations on the PDA.

Yes it is. You can add or change as many as you want. Just keep in mind that you name the sound files in a way it can read it e.g. use underscores instead of spaces.

As far as I know the Azazel Mode is generally not compatible with Story Mode but if a Story mod works with unmoded Azazel Mode it should work as well with this addon. This little addon only changes one script and if you haven't got this script already in you "gamedata" folder it should be compatible with pretty much any other addon/mod.
