Thanks :) Glad to see a nice community forming around EAW. Sorry if I appeared harsh, Im used to being self defensive thanks to alot of people in the C&C modding community.

I'm quite glad a Gundam mod IS being made :) a good series. If you want, I can help you workon making the 'galatic map' of Earth's orbit. I've had some experience and already made a mini-Earth's Star System-mod. If not, glad to see you guys out here :) good luck

I see someone has finnally joined my Project's concept of multiple maps being used for one star systems (reference to your Earth map)

I don't care that others have done the same as we have, but do me one favor. I was the 2nd to 3rd person to start a Mod for EAW; do not, repeat, do NOT claim we have copied any of your map layouts. Its pure chance that our map WIP is alot like your map here.

It was promtional to a minimod that adds Earth's Solar system, a promo mods for PM. Death Star is NOT part of Project Mars. It was purely to show OUR planet being blow up by the DS. PMD Is completely origional project, and I would never tollerate anyone in the team using other work. Again, I say, it was purely as a joke showing Earth go boom.

I agree on the selling part...

My series is just in its infancy... mods are the freeware... but I want to be able to generate money eventually, the team hopes to found our own company with a revolutionairy game design... we just don't have the money or crew to do such things yet...

I DONT agree on selling not so great mods or simple mods. EG: A Star Wars mod can't be sold for UT2007 because of Lucas' rights to the franchise. A crummy tweak mod cant be sold.

I do agree on quality mods being sold. EG: A series that the developer of the mod owns out right (like me)

HOWEVER, Companies who own the game would want proffit...so thats where it comes wierd.
