I downloaded the mod and installed it and everything but when i launched it, it didnt work and it takes me to the base game. I enable it and no mod address shows up did i do something wrong ?

the game bugs out when i launch the screen loads and then the menu glitches out and i cant see the options. did i do something wrong?
