Okay, for some reason I'm just not able to play this mod... Whenever I use a skill from the old game (Like Obfuscate) the new skills disappear.

I'm experiencing a glitch with this mod during the Tutorial. The tutorial messages or something in the tutorial during the skill training will make the new skills disappear permanently. Can't hotkey, or scroll to use them. Is this a known issue? Or am I the only one having the problem... Anyways, I am forced to skip the tutorial every time I play with the mod installed.

Where do I put the files? There is no read me or install info.
