Though, this is his mod so it is his choice what to use

Quick question, why can I not build Quasars when I have Sullust, not to much of a big deal, but still, I can build all other Independent ships except that, it's confusing. I'm sorry if I'm sounding rude, but the Quasar is one of my favorite Rebellion-era ships, and I would field a fleet of those things if I could.
