I am running Generals Zero Hour from a disk on Windows 10 64bit. I'm having no problems with it and I don't use any other program to run Generals, but you could try changing the compatibility on the game to Windows 8 or 7. If that doesn't work, try a fresh install again. Make sure the installation is in the correct directory and/or that the launcher is using the correct executable program.

Just grabbed this mod today. Absolutely amazing! I've been using Contra for a while, not really into the European/Russian idea. But I've made a change and have to say I've got no regrets! So excited on what's to come! Definitely my main mod now!
Hopefully an update comes soon!
