well... another bug happened before Japan can start the war.
when I delayed the operation Barbarossa to speed up the time, the U.K. puppet suddenly invaded Persia (through event), which is in Axis as well, so U.K. and I (Germany) is in war even though UK is my puppet, and there seems no way of stopping the war as it is treated as one of the Axis.
also, when I used the decisions to launch operation Barbarossa, Romania joined the battle but it is not one of the Axis, which seems strange for it to launch invasion

I have encountered a possible bug I guess...
As Germany, I have made Japan as one of the Axis. In 1940, I have invaded Britain and put Britain as puppets. However in 1941, Japan suddenly declared war on Britain. Since I am the 'owner' of the puppet, Japan declared war on me as well. But both us and Japan is still in the Axis, so clearly a peace negotiation cannot be done....
So should the event triggering the invasion be changed like checking if Britain is in Axis, if yes, then either stop the event, or let Japan leave Axis.
