Hi I like to know how to change the HUD? Im using a regular 1360x786 tv screen ,and even when i set the game in max 4k resolution it stills blurry.. Any advice?

Hi , resolution issue is fixed but idk why the graphics still so pixelated. May be because I dont have 4k screen?
