I just encountered this for the first time and was like wtf??? I sent some ships to chase and they just keep going...

I ran into a strange bug. Some Tholian protectors of a particular planet just began riding outward from the gravity well of a planet. They are so far out with, I suppose some faction people that are on my side. There is a stream of ships heading out to the nether regions of space. Not sure how to resolve this. Any time ships come into the gravity well they begin the chase.
