I'm an avid Command and Conquer fan, and am watching something like 60-70 promising mods for C&C or related games! Besides being a fan, I am the head Particle Artist for Red Alert 3 Paradox, and I occasionally make concept art for kicks and giggles. If you want to reach me, just leave a comment or send a PM my way, and I'll be happy to respond.
This is the Order of the Talon's Rogue - he serves as both a sniper and an infiltrator. He uses his longbow to indirectly snipe enemy infantry, and can lay down targeting flares for heavy Talon artillery.
The canonical Rogue doesn't have a pistol in-game, but it looked so darned cool that I fudged it a little and let it stay. This art is based off of Indiana Jones, Rick O'Connell from The Mummy and Robin Hood. Enjoy!
well, the behind the scenses did say they was "dashing mercs" so a "Assasins Creed dude" (who I thought he would be) won't fit. The only dudes I can think about is fitting that description is just Robin Hood and Indiana Jones (and his clone from the mummy). However, they need to fit design whise with the current time (as they are not really a part of the old sect) So maybe try to make Indiana Jones more 60's
Indy was originally from the 30's and the movie was 70's, so the styling is somewhat off, but remember that the Talon in general are stuck in the 20's and 30's. Robin Hood was too ancient to be a style model, except for personality and maybe the feathered cap.
I'm a sucker for good adventure movies and books, so Dirk Pitt from Clive Cussler's novels may have crept in a bit, as well as of course Indy and Rick O'Connell.
Having never played Assassin's Creed, I don't know what you're talking about there, but I have seen boxart, and that looks pretty sweet.
EDIT: By "The Mummy", I meant the first movie, not its sequels. If you've seen them, you'll know what I'm talking about.
the boxart is enough, because that's how I thought he would look... And I haven't really played it myself either.
But I see you're a TF2 fan, from what I've seen it looks pretty epic, is it worth getting?
As for TF2, yes, it's a lot of fun. I got it probably a week ago, and it's most definitely worth the $10 I paid for it at Best Buy. It's $20 on Steam, so I got a pretty good deal :D Although if you're interested, The Orange Box includes TF2, Portal and Half-Life 2/Ep.1/Ep.2 for the same price.
Lol! It seems Indiana Jones!
