When i try the original game (not the episodes) a text appears and says "scripts/surfaceproperties_manifest.txt"

Eh descargado el archivo y seguido los pasos, pero cuando inicio el HL2 no me abre el underhell, abre como si no tuviera ningun mod, que hago ?
