Fuggles, after all these years you are still fighting the good fight. I randomly searched for an old Dawn of War 1 map I made, Dead of Winter, and ended up here. Keep up the good work!

For some reason I get an error message saying the DLL library is incorrect or something similar to that. I have 1.3.1 patch installed. That kind of error is something you get when the version of the game the mod was compiled from doesn't match the version of the game the user is running but your mod says it's for 1.3.1. Any idea what could be wrong?

Gentlemen. Let me point you to the auto installer for 3.5. It will auto detect where you have Dark Crusade install. It's as easy as falling off a cliff.

Hey guys sorry for the long absence. We are still working on the mod and right now are overhauling the AI. Expect a new release sooner rather than later. :)

btw - in case you are wondering why there is less news of late, it's because we are really really really really really busy working on the mod and I'm forgetful. :) Right now we are overhauling tooltips and that takes a lot of work and time. But no worries, the mod is still going strong. The best place for the most current info is our forums.

Ixty, that's odd. Make a thread on our mod forums about the problem.

OMG: it probably is 'Peril's of the Warp' which means that every time you use a psychic power there is a small chance it will backfire and destroy the caster's ability to use it.

Arthasz that's not your computer's fault. We had some problems with scar causing lag. They've been fixed though so next release will be much smoother.

As far as missing textures go: yes we've been adding in the missing ones.

Tust you are right. I mislabeled them. Killa Kans come in squads of 3 and have one CC and one ranged while the Ork Dreadnought has an extra CC weapon.

Thanks to all who voted for us! We really appreciate the support you guys give and hopefully will have 3.5 ready to go soon. In the meantime I'll post more visual content as we get it and more info on the upcoming multiplayer campaign we are working on.

@lion_cat: Venerable Dread is in the internal so it will be in 3.5! :)
@Deamonfist: not sure what the problem is. Try redownloading it. Your download probably got corrupted.

@lonetree: There are a few fans helping us out with the campaign. It's kind of a "work when you can" effort though. Not sure when the campaign will be completely crash free but I know it's being worked on so that's some hope right there.

@gazgutz: Good points. Necrons probably won't change too much and we have them polished off so it will be easy to tweak things. Dark Eldar however will most likely be getting a massive overhaul from GW. We'll have to see how soon we get to SS.

We'd love to update him as well. We'll see.

Aircraft in SS FoK will be called from off screen to pound the living crap out of your target.

That is in the works but as you can imagine it is a LOT of work so don't plan on seeing paths any time soon. :P

ps - Greater Demons are in the works as well as lesser demons.

Arthasz: Do you have RC1218? If so, I'm not sure why it would lag, though it just might be the sheer number of units on screen. Battles can be quite epic and put a strain even on fast computers.

Gwerbret01: Well my friend you are in luck. We have quite a few new Eldar units in the over thanks to the Craftworld mod. We have: Scorpion TypeII Heavy Tank, War Walkers, Swooping Hawks, Death Jester, Greater Harlequin, and Wraith guard. For IG we have a Gorgon we are working on. Most of those units will have to wait till 4.0 though.

No Soulstorm compatibility. Beta 4.0 will be Soul Storm.

Darth_Lazarus, heavily armored buildings like turrets can't be hurt by T1 weapons. This is to discourage rushing.

Calgar: Lootas suck at melee. Assault Marines should make short work of them.
