Unification Mod - Dawn of War: SoulStorm

Mod review

This mod is great, though I swear I would drop money to have the creator add Gue'Vesa, at least as a Tau unit.
I'd drop hundreds if Gue'Vesa could be their own faction somehow, though this is unlikely. Contact me at GreySoviet@Protonmail.com if you are actually interested, creator.

A Clash of Kings (Game of Thrones)

Mod review

I'm gonna give you the details of the gameplay, and let you decide if it's good or not: (As of 2.0)
< I was on a walk throughout a Baratheon-owned town, when a strange man came up and started clubbing me - I didn't take any offense though because he seemed to have learned to fight from the kids that John Cena visits in hospitals - and after besting him like a man, an old traveler showed up to tell me that he thanks me for ridding the town of one more brigand, and that I may have suffered head trauma from the spiked club to the head. However, the Merchant that I grew up with taught me not to trust speaking Narwhals, so I thanked him kindly and promptly tripped over the thief's corpse, and blacked out.
I woke up to the same man inviting me into his house for tea and to recover, and he paid me 500 silver coins under the impression that I would go to some distant land with him. (I presume a feature that will be added later) but I walked out with the cash, showed up to the local Tavern and got ten men to join my merry-band-of-bandit-killers on the promise of heading North to join Roose Bolton and his son.
Along the way, I decided to check out this one supposedly haunted town, and if there is only one thing that you take from this, if you're still reading, take this: It actually started off making my skin crawl from the environment actually being eerie, and then ended up making me laugh with a fairly original plot-twist. Laughing and getting scared! Do you remember when games were like that, before all games became about burly space marines, with tutorials and health regeneration?
So to me, it's a good mod.
I keep hearing that the mod author or an admin relative to him is a bad guy or something, but I mean I relate games a lot to sandwiches when it comes to making metaphors up - And in this case, I stopped caring about whether the guy making me really good, free, sandwiches has a bit of a big stiffy for himself or not some time in High School.
The mod creator himself seems to be a pretty decent, if not excellent writer and the game is pretty open-ended. The armor of the factions is pretty well-done, but I have only played this mod so IDK if it's base material - However I doubt that the base game had Lannister armor.
The only reasons I gave a 9/10 and not a 10/10 is because I think the UI is a bit weird. You can't save in some areas, and you can't check out your notes without leaving the area.
