OK, a bit of a wild guess....The ferris wheel does not feature in Stalker CoP, so this must be a distant view of the wheel from the Pripyat level of CoP.
I like the idea of a sunny day in the Bahamas as suggested RS|ROBERT, possibly more so as autumn closes in.
