Thank you, cheers, dude!
Thank you, cheers, dude!
I have an updated version but attackzone974 did an adaptation from this version here, I have no problem if he wants to maintain that version.
Finally got around to play this and I did a couple of playthroughs and each time the main questline and side events were very different from the previous ones combined with all the dynamic events, I really loved that.
I noticed during the hotel Polissya mission the quest items clip all the way to the ground floor which could create some confusion but other than that not a crash or bug, you really did an outstanding job DrX thank you very much! :D
Sure, sorry for the late reply, you just need to update the inv_grid_x and inv_grid_y values in outfit and helmet files to match the texture coordinates in ui_icon_equipment.
Not currently, since Dead Air already has STCoP it would require an extensive merge because of all the overlapping weapons, sorry.
False positive maybe, I don't have norton but malwarebytes and windows defender don't detect any threats, in any case, the engine fixes in R6 and R7 versions aren't required so you can skip copying 'stalker-coc.exe' and bin folder and use the original files instead.
Extract File.
Copy 'database' folder to COC root folder.
Copy all of the contents from 'AO Configs for...' folder to COC root folder and set to overwrite all, make sure to only use the one corresponding to your COC version.
Each version has an '_Optional' folder which can be installed by copying the gamedata folder from each addon to COC root directory.
control_inertion_factor set to a value of 1.0 will mirror 1:1 mouse movement and crosshair_inertion will do the same but only while aiming.
If you delete the line from the weapon config file then the game will use the value located in the defines.ltx file default_weapon_params section.
Well, Artefact Expansion comes in the main download, Warfare from the bitbucket repository for R6, Outfit Addon it's already merged into CoC and some comments above I posted the Hand/Arms Project Update, but any mod that works with R6 should work.
In the worst of cases, there could be some file overlap with weapon or trader files but it can be updated easily, if you come into this, post a comment and I'll look into it.
So I finally got to test this in the actual game and it wasn't being loaded due to an error with the names of the db files, renaming them to meshes_ao3_THAP and textures_ao3_THAP did work. Tested it on all outfits on all CoC versions without errors.
All of them? in the base game some tasks like clearing mutant areas are limited to the current and adjacent maps.
I can't test it right now but I think this should work.

Does the vanilla game run? it looks like the game can't read some of the base game config files located in database/configs folder maybe missing files due to extraction or administrative privileges due to the folder location.
which mod is this?
Try this:
-Deleting the appdata folder.
-Don't copy R6 engine fixes (bin folder and Stalker-CoC.exe)
-If this happens on a specific save file set alife.ltx switch_distance value to 0, make a new save and return to default value.
This one should work, Smurth's Dynamic HUD v3.2.2.8 for CoC 1.4 with AO3 Unofficial.
Last time I checked 'play_hud_motion' seemed kind of broken, I was trying to add attacks with the stock of the rifle which is kind of a quick attack but I don't know if it's fixed on the latest builds, I think it can be done with the camera_effects workaround from Smurth.
Alundaio talked about this in more detail here:
Forum.epicstalker.com
I think you copied x64 configs into the x86 version.
This should work.
Mega.nz
What kind of error message are you getting? if it's about missing meshes make sure to also copy fsgame.ltx from the configs folder.
db files are the same but they provide more stability and faster loading times.
If you're playing as a Loner they are rare just keep an eye on high ranking stalkers but with other factions you can get them from your faction trader.
No they don't disappear but apply this fix otherwise some might not display correctly.
Mega.nz
The effect will then be applied to full screen scopes 1P29, PKS...
Nope.
Yes, what kind of sights? currently it only has a bushnell telescopic sight.
What does the crash window say? make sure to use the correct configs x86 (R7-18-10-24) it's included in the main download + a small update in the description and x64 (R7-19-02-24) configs are only under the description.
Shoker 3 and Gunslinger use that method.
Translation reads fine but yes there are several ways to go about it:
- 2D overlays like vanilla STALKER.
- Combination of 3D models + Zoom.
- Combining two render passes with different FOV to generate a zoomed area's scope.
AO uses a mix of option 1 and 2.
Updated check in Optional > Weapon Sway
Mega.nz
Only R7 x86 (R7-18-10-24) requires a small update in the description.
Damage values are updated, the issue you mention it's also related to body damage in m_stalker.ltx but it shouldn't be a problem.
In the main download there's a '_AO Base Files' folder and you copy on it the gamedata configs for the version of CoC you want to use.
- 1.4.22 (included)
- 1.5 R6 (included)
- 1.5 R7 x86 (R7-18-10-24) (included) + a small update in the description.
- 1.5 R7 x64 (R7-19-02-24) only in the description.
