Thing is about the performance % is that it says that in WFAS and in NW for example it's at 150%, and then in original M&B it says 40%. It could be something to do with spawns since I remember seeing about 10 patrols northwest of London on an earlier save just stood there doing nothing.
As far as other programs just Firefox.
If you want any help with anything I'd love to help, there's hardly any new mods coming out for M&B and there's basically no mods for WFAS at all.

For performance % it's 91% with all the settings maxed, but I've never found that to be a reliable metric. I've got load textures on demand, here's the log (I cut the load resource lines because it was too long)

I was also thinking maybe add the saltpeter and wheat commission options to villages since it would give more of a reason to raise relation with villages. I saw the cannon crew spawn inside of a cannon on one occasion in a field battle around Scotland as well.

Glad to see mods for WFAS, but there's a few things I've noticed so far. The overhead stabbing animation and thrusting with muskets animation are both locked on the y axis, so you can't aim them at all. I made a guide here on how to make overhead stabbing aimable and you should be able to apply the same logic to the musket thrusts: Forums.taleworlds.com
For some reason the overworld performance went pretty bad after only 15 days of playing while cntrl+spacing around, around 10 fps.
Couple of minor things too so far such as one of the starting quests still being called Bring Goods to Zamoshye and the picture in the pugilism fight sort of obscures the text.
Also is there a way to raise relation with the houses? It seems inevitable that you'll **** them all off.
