As soon as an "Allied" faction besieged me, I utilized the diplomat. Entering the diplomacy section, I pressed the question mark on the top right corner and the ability to press the "Show me how" button is not available, due to it being greyed out. I am using BI and I myself am confused on what the issue could be.

Excellent modification. Although everything is working fine, I ran into a problem: Unable to use force diplomacy. I follow the stated procedure, and the "Show me how" icon is greyed out. Thus, I am unable to use said feature. Any solutions?
