Okay, so I click on all the shortcuts in the all programs area, the windows console thing pops up for about 1/4 of a second, and then it disappears and absolutely nothing happens.

okay, so I'm having trouble installing this mod, I install it to my First Decade folder to my C&C Generals Zero Hour folder... The installation does not provide me with what the readme says, anyone else have the same problem?
