From one of the live streams the DLC's installed for the mod in the current state were: outlaw sectors, stellar phenomena, forbidden worlds.They did mention the newest DLC for implementing minor factions like the vulcans but maybe that one will be needed down the line since they said that at launch will get just the fed and klingons.
