oh don't worry also i found how to fix the problem i created a folder named "Halflife2-Episode3" and extracted the files in and it worked. Your mod is Amazing !

It does not appear in my library i have SDK singleplayer 2013 on upcoming betas and its in my sourcemods folder i restarted steam several time but still not so you are my last hope :\
