the free france want to keep the same flag but they add the 'croix de lorraine' to add a difference with vichy (occupy france)and so every could see they are free. they choose the 'croix de lorraine' to oppose to swastikas

i used the alpha 2.0, i created a shortcut add "-dev -mod EuropeanTheater1944", then launched with the shortcut

but CoH is yet installed on steam
