You don't need export for this. From the eastern European town center you can send units or research improvements and they cost shipments.
Export is only useful if you play as africans or asians

Did you try the following? Run it as admin and go into "C:\Users\ (yourname)\Documents\My Games\Wars of Liberty\User3" go into the NewProfile3.xml and search for "optiongrfxres" and change the resolution to your monitor size.

They removed original campaign scenarios because they were buggy. I dont think they will work on them for the time being. However new wol historical scenarios were introduced..check them out in game
