This mod is totally awesome, even if it stops working from time to time, i think that can be fixed quickly.

just put the patch file(not the folder) into the data directory.

If you have this issue just do what Ulmont already described: "Navigate to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\napoleon total war\data\The Great War\Files\Updates folder, and move that file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\napoleon total war\data\The Great War\Files\ folder."

we are currently working on a full beta version.
There will be many changes in the equipment of the soldiers and some map fixes ^^

Have you ever seen a guy who survive a riffle shot in the belly or in the head?
And when you get hit by a bow you can survive this.(unless your opponent have a yumi)
