The idea behind the mod is great, but the final result has some flaws.
The performance is affected by a really annoying stuttering problem, that can be reduced, but never eliminated.
As for the gameplay, this is compromised by some choices that were intended to make the game harder, but instead ended up making it unrealistic, in my opinion:
1) Despite their decomposed eyes, the zombies can see you and aim at your freaking head.
2) The stalker can't carry more than half of his bodyweight. He has not enough cardio, strength and stamina.
3) Every time you want to dismantle a weapon there is a delay animation; same for eating and drinking stuff and butchering mutants. Maybe someone like it, I don't have all day to play the game. And I can walk and eat/drink at the same time.
4) The traders will buy your useless scrap metal, but won't buy your used guns.

I liked the mod, but I ended up modifying several files trying to have a more realistic experienced.
