About scopes in m4 video and in general if you dont have nice clear wiev of whole scope/reticle
1. You eye is far from optic you will see only trough middle part of scope and you will have black sides
2. if you are too close to optic you will barely see whole reticle - case in video + on Pso optiic that piece of rubber is "telling" you how far you should be from optic you definitely will not see that rubber - your eye is on touch with that rubber
